We do not charge tenants any fees.
Landlords Fees
Tenants Finder Fee £594 (inc VAT)
- Market the property for rent including brochure, signboard (if applicable) and internet advertising.
- Tenant reference the applicant through Leaseguard tenant referencing agency
- Prepare tenancy agreement
- Collect and remit initial months’ rent and bond received
- Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices outstanding
Property Management Service 12% (inc VAT) + Initial Setup Fee £234 (inc VAT)
INCLUDES:
- Marketing of your rental property
- Tenant referencing the applicant
- Preparation of tenancy agreement
- Preparation of inventory and condition report and photographing the property prior to occupation
- Collect and remit the monthly rent received
- Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions if applicable
- Advice all relevant utility providers of changes
- Regular inspections of the property
- Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors
