Tenants Finder Fee £594 (inc VAT)
- Market the property for rent including brochure, signboard (if applicable) and internet advertising.
- Tenant reference the applicant through Leaseguard tenant referencing agency
- Prepare tenancy agreement
- Collect and remit initial months’ rent and bond received
- Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices outstanding
Property Management Service 12% (inc VAT) + Initial Setup Fee £234 (inc VAT)
